The Role:
We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Executive/Personal Assistant for our reputable client who is an Australian commercial property solutions company who have been established for nearly four decades.

Responsible for providing high quality executive and general administrative support to the company directors, the suitable applicant must be highly organised, have strong time/diary management skills as well as strong stakeholder management engagement skills.

Located in Melbourne CBD, the role is permanent full-time, operating Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

Requirements:
High-level communication skills;
Highly developed self-awareness, attention to detail and leadership skills;
Highly organised and strong time management skills;
Advanced typing skills;
Preferably experience as a Para Legal or legal secretary;
Experience/exposure to book-keeping;
Experience using accounting software like Xero.

On Offer:
$80,000 – $95,000 remuneration depending on experience and skills
On-site parking in Melbourne’s CBD
Full-time based position
