We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Group Executive – Customer Development.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to cover for maternity leave.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage business schedules, correspondence, diary co-ordination, travel management and assistance with preparation of tenders, presentations and agendas
Coordinate internal and external meetings – booking venues, catering, monitoring attendance responses
Act as the point of contact for internal and external business contacts via phone and in person
Develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts, and a strong awareness of business developments and priorities, across the Group
Prepare drafts of presentations and papers for Board, Executive and regular committee meetings, together with ad-hoc papers and correspondence as required
Provide support to the wider Customer Development team as and when required
Organise and take minutes of a variety of scheduled weekly meetings. Prepare drafts of minutes and agendas, distribute when finalized and follow up with the respective teams about outstanding action items

What we are looking for:
Extensive experience working in PA/EA role and in a fast paced corporate environment
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
A high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and with competing deadlines
A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised in achieving outcomes
