The Role
This role provides thorough support to the senior consultants within the executive search practice. The Executive Assistant is responsible aiding consultants throughout the entire recruitment process, from drafting engagement letters and formatting CVs and other documents for long list and short list presentations, to arranging meetings between clients and candidates, and typing and preparation of reference checks.
This role is deadline driven and requires high levels of confidentiality, drive and customer focus, and involves managing a number of competing priorities at all times. The Executive Assistant is focused on delivering the highest level of customer experience to each individual they interact with.

The responsibilities
Intensive diary management
Screening and prioritising of incoming contacts; including written communication and personal callers
Liaising with external EAs to coordinate interviews and business meetings
Coordination of all internal and external interviews
Producing candidate and client reports
Creating and formatting highly detailed and accurate Executive Business Proposals, Business Tenders & Research Assignments
Writing job advertisements and reviewing job response
Organising and coordinating quarterly events, Board Room luncheons and off site team building days
Reconciliation of corporate expenses including Amex and cash
Arranging and coordinating conference calls and Skype interviews
Coordinating and managing domestic travel, including flights
Assist partners/consultants with personal matters including dry-cleaning, lunch orders, restaurant bookings, gift purchases, personal shopping etc.
Provide support to front of house administration team when required
Continuous monitoring and improvement of internal office processes

You will have
A High-level attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to establish and maintain professional business relationships with clients and external executives, including CEO/General Management level individuals
The ability to ensure that the expectations or requests of clients and candidates are attended
The ability to remain focused on the customer at all times
The ability to meet required deadlines of consultants and clients
Ensure information is communicated in a timely and clear manner
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive personal and role information
