Our client is a well-respected industry leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, who pride themselves on their reputation of providing exceptional customer service and boast a long history of success in their field.

They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to join their team on a 4-month contract to provide support the Victorian GM and Executive team.

The Role

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Diary and calendar maintenance
Email management and correspondence drafting
Coordinate meetings and take minutes
Event management
Prepare reports, presentations and other print material

The Individual

To be successful you will possess:
Previous experience in and EA role
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong problem-solving abilities
The ability to intuitively anticipate needs
High level of resilience in a fast-paced environment

Located in Craigieburn, this is a full-time temporary position with hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, with additional over-time as necessary to support the General Manager.
