We are seeking a proven sales executive to help us grow our customer base in the Enterprise segment, with a particular focus on the Higher Education sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who can align the value of Cloud Computing to our customers with a proven track record of direct software sales experience at the Enterprise level. It will suit someone who is hungry for new business success built on driving innovative outcomes. As a Strategic Account Executive within the Education ANZ team, you would be responsible for selling our Customer Success Platform (#1 B2B and B2C platform) and our full solution set including Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Communities, Collaboration, Mulesoft, Tableau and more, which are all built on the Salesforce Platform. In other words, you would sell it all while leveraging internal resources from prospect to close.Y ou will work closely with current Higher Ed customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Team:
Enterprise/Strategic Account Executive, Higher Education sector reporting into Regional Sales Director for Education ANZ.

Responsibilities:
Empower existing and new logo Higher Education customers to achieve outcomes for their constituents – students, staff and faculty. Advocate the entire Customer 360 Platform across a set of existing Salesforce customers as well as breaking into net new logos in your assigned territory
Responsible for a client portfolio in the Higher Education sector managing the sales process end to end.
Collaborate with Marketing, Industry Solutions, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineering and Customer Success team to drive growth across the targeted territory accounts.
Develop and drive strategic initiatives, account plans into the targeted territory accounts.
Develop sales strategy, negotiate & close business.
Achieve/exceed annual sales quota

Minimum Qualifications:
Average years of experience required – 15 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years Enterprise Sales.
Previous experience selling complex software solutions into Enterprise customers.
Experience managing large accounts and prospecting whitespace.
Consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals of at least US$2m in subscription revenue.
Experience engaging and selling into the C-suite and Directors and all LOBs.
Proven track record with relevant customer relationships.
Proven ability to leverage virtual and extended teams including Salesforce services partners.
Proven ability to manage complex commercial processes.
Proven ability working with legal and sales operations team to negotiate deal closure.

Desired Skills:
Higher Education sales experience highly desirable.
Relationships and experience selling into CxO and engagements at DVC level.
CRM & Marketing sales experience.
