You will report to a Head of Digital and E-Commerce and your key responsibilities will include:

? Manage sales and trade of the online stores by continually identifying opportunities to evolve and improve sales, profit and customer experience

? Drive the online service levels including fulfilment KPIs, customer service & UX working closely with other cross functional departments

? Use online metrics to measure and monitor online performance, presenting trade results and recommendations

? Monitor and improve the CX/UX of the website, with a focus on increasing traffic, conversion and customer satisfaction

? Identify, drive and coordinate the implementation of site improvements and strategic opportunities across UX, trade, merchandise, digital marketing, site improvements and fulfilment, working closely with the broader team and external agencies

? Collaborate with Marketing and contribute to a fully integrated digital marketing strategy including EDMS, Social, Paid Search, SEO and Content

? Manage external agencies ensuring agreed deliverables are achieved

? Provide support to other members of the team as required

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online trading/merchandising from the retail fashion industry and ideally exposure to omni channel as well as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify experience. You will have strong communications skills and be able to manage external partners, always ensuring the best possible outcome for the business. You will have experience in driving online sales and conversion through trade recommendations and UX improvements. You will have a well-developed understanding of Digital Marketing including SEO, Paid Search, Social and Affiliate Marketing. You could currently be in a Developer role and ready to take that next step. You will possess strong commercial acumen and have a hands-on, can do attitude. You enjoy collaboration and are highly motivated to add value and make a difference.
