The House Profile: This is a small house, home currently to 2 female residents with some well managed behaviours of concern, but minimal medical requirements and the residents are relatively independent.

This is a full-time roster line with fortnightly splits of 71.30/80.30hrs and includes a combination of mornings/days/afternoon-evenings and 3 sleepover shifts and two weekends off per roster. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team assisting clients to achieve positive outcomes in terms of skills, decision making and independence.

Essential Skills & Experience

Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent


Demonstrated experience as a disability support worker supporting clients within a similar setting with complex needs and behaviours
Sound understanding and knowledge of NDIS
A current Senior First Aid (level 2) Certificate
A current unrestricted Victorian Drivers Licence
A commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs, skills, abilities and personal goals of people with disabilities
Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency status is an essential requirement for consideration for this position

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
