What you’ll do
Coordinate and manage the production process across all digital content processes, including development, testing, approvals and implementation across the website and apps
Plan, develop and execute landing pages to support the performance marketing and CRM teams
Brief creative assets for all digital ads to the creative studio team for the Keno website and apps
Brief all campaigns into the Performance Marketing and CRM teams
Execute A/B tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights and formalize recommendations via the website and apps
Develop creative for individual channels and implement AB creative testing across the website and apps to uplift performance and engagement
Use customer and transaction data to improve digital marketing strategy, audience strategy and create channel spend efficiencies
Develop personalisation strategies and execute across all channels, measuring uplifts in performance across owned channels
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, while identifying opportunities to drive stronger results
What you’ll bring
Equipped with 2+ years of experience working in digital media environment and content management systems.
Proven track record developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that generate sales within budgets and targets.
Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.
Strong communicator, with proven ability in managing upwards.
Introduces sensible, simple analytical frameworks to measure performance of strategy and accurate – ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced organisation.
An ability to identify markets, competition and target audience in the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
Knowledge or experience in the online gaming industry is advantageous.
