This is a highly rewarding and challenging role working with the busy Greenfields Team – Customer Support Team in NSW.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Provide leadership and implement agreed direction;
Ensure your team understand the process they are to work to, have a thorough understanding of their own and each other’s roles, work together and share the objective of customer service;
Act as coach by encouraging, supporting and mentoring the team and individuals;
Ensure every customer your team is responsible for is contacted by telephone on a minimum of every fortnight to accurately inform them on the status of their job;
Monitor each job to ensure Variations and ACCs are produced within the agreed targeted time frames; and
Act as the first point of reference for the Customer Support Coordinator in managing complaints, to ensure they follow the procedures.

Proven experience (3+ years) working in an account / relationship role is highly desirable;
3+ years experience in a customer focused role within conflict and problem management focus;
3+ years experience in a customer focused role within the building or construction industry;
Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time critical working environment;
Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities, with advanced administration skills;
Working knowledge of the building and construction process;
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment;
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills; and
Some experience in using database systems is an added advantage.
