Having acquired an in-depth understanding of service delivery models for several Government initiatives, our client delivers a CMS that uses innovative and advanced technology to eliminate unnecessary administration and reduce data entry time, allowing its customers more time to focus on supporting disadvantaged Australians.
About the role:
We are recruiting for an exceptional Customer Success Manager, who can draw on previous Employment Services experience to resolve conflicts and provide technology-based solutions to customers across Employment Services and the wider Community Services sectors.
With a tech-savvy mindset and genuine passion to use technology to improve systems, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering training, support and relationship management, in order to guide them and troubleshoot any issues, either resolving them on the spot or escalating them for further consideration.
Through collaboration with stakeholders across all levels, you will develop best practice solutions (such as modifying customers’ existing processes, procedures, workflow, forms and content), assisting the Sales Team in presenting the software to key prospects, developing content for sales and marketing collateral, and creating and communicating new technology releases through publishing release notes, presentation slides, webinar training and creating tickets for special projects/feedback.

Previous experience in Employment Services across any contract in roles such as Senior Employment Consultant or Business Manager;
An ability to deliver an excellent customer experience;
Tech-savvy and able to understand technical solutions;
Strong business process, time management and analytical skills;
Confident in presenting solution demonstrations and training customers;
Strong team collaboration skills (including coaching, mentoring and leading) to varying demographics and across geographically dispersed teams; and
Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse confidently with all levels within an organisation.
