A bit about the role

Please note this is a 4 day per week role that requires someone that is able to work weekends.

As Customer Service Team Leader, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through the effective leadership of your team as well as taking calls from customers.

You will use leadership skills such as motivation, reward, recognition, coaching and performance management to create a team of engaged, high performing individuals.
This experience comes through offering customer’s quality support and assistance across multiple channels, such as phone, email, web and live chat.
By assisting our customers through their journey and supporting them with their needs, you are contributing to the goals of the greater Customer Experience Team, driving both customer satisfaction and loyalty in a positive direction.
