StarHealth is supporting the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out across Melbourne and we’re looking for two Customer Service Specialists to join our Service Access and Support team full-time on a fixed term contract until December 2021.
Representing StarHealth to the community, these roles will be responsible for educating the public about the regulations and processes that surround the COVID-19 vaccine, and assisting our more vulnerable community to book vaccine appointments over the phone.
The positions will be based at one of our inner south locations (Prahran, South Melbourne & St Kilda) with the bulk of the work being carried out over the phone. Some client facing work may also be required.
We can offer flexibility in hours & location for the right candidate so please don’t hesitate to email us if you have any concerns or questions.
Ideally, you will possess:
- Experience in contact centres or client facing environments
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a broad group of clients
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- A clear understanding of privacy and customer service principles
