Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare products and they have a fabulous opportunity to join their team in this newly created role. They are looking for a friendly and experienced Customer Service Representative who has impeccable written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise customer queries. Experience within account management will be advantageous.
Using your well-honed Customer Service skills, you will be responsible for all facets of account management, providing fast and reliable customer service advice and directives to clients and contacts. This role would suit someone coming from a medical / pharma background and can be someone making the switch from nursing etc.
To be successful for the role the ideal candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – this is imperative
Experience in a similar Customer Service role, working in a call-centre
Experience within Pharma/Healthcare desirable
Strong Computer Knowledge of word/excel/CRM systems
Strong typing skills and accurate data entry
Your key responsibilities will include:
Prioritising client and customer requests for assistance/products
Updating information in the database
Providing an empathetic ear to clients and customers and answering all queries quickly and clearly
Other various administrative tasks as required by the team
