What is the role?
Servicing customers, dealer partners and stakeholders
Communicating with customers through social media, phone, email and web chat
Diverse administrative tasks
What do we need from you?
High self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
Desire to help customers displaying genuine care
Maturity to handle sensitive and at times difficult conversations
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to think outside the box to solve complex issues
Commitment to working an 8 hour shift between 10:30am – 7:00pm (Monday to Friday)
