The Opportunity:
In this max term 6-month role as our new customer service representative, you will report to the Savings and Investment Contact Centre Team Manager. You will be responsible for answering inbound general inquiries on customer policies and following up on customer requests.

You will support the delivery of administrative tasks and management of products, whilst creating an outstanding customer experience. This role is essential to make a difference in people’s lives.

To do this successfully you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Process and evaluate work items in a constantly changing environment
Partner with a variety of stakeholders across the AIA business
Undertake complex administrative tasks that include legislative compliance, reviewing documents and improving productivity

Successful applications will demonstrate:
Proven experience working in call center, customer service or member focused environment
Previous health insurance background – desirable but not essential
Strong customer service focus
Excellent communication skills
Ability to problem solve and solutions focused
