This highly successful Australian company continues to experience growth locally & overseas resulting in ongoing career opportunities for customer focused individuals to join their busy after-sales team.

You will be in a key position ensuring the highest level of service is provided to customers across all after-sales service & delivery enquiries.

Duties will include:

  • Receiving and managing inbound customer calls in regards to after-sales product, delivery, and payment enquiries
  • Liaising with team members and other departments to resolve issues
  • Maintaining and updating information on the customer data base
  • All general ad-hoc duties as required

Essential requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience in a busy inbound call centre role
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of the team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Salary: $28.00 – $29.00 per hour


  • 8 hour shift

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
