Looking for a Customer Service Account Manager ready to meet their next challenge. You will be responsible for the full customer life cycle, from the inception of a relationship to the ultimate satisfaction of the customer during the transaction process.

Responsibilities:
Establishing a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each client and driving continued value of our products and services
Accountability for your customers’ success, which includes: customer retention, positive reviews from customers and increase engagement
Identifying upselling opportunities and sharing them with the team members for account growth
Advocating for our customers’ needs and sharing feedback with the team
Proactively managing accounts and using the internal resources available
Deliver proof of value to our customers
