About Our Client
Our client is an industry leader in entertainment industry, who operate in over 28 sites across Victoria. They are a very respected business in their field, demonstrating best practise in their operations and want that to continue through to their customer service division. This is a permanent position, located in Flemington and is an excellent hybrid role between Customer Service and Accounting. This opportunity is excellent for an outstanding Customer Service Officer to have long term stability in a growing and social organisation.
Reporting to the Customer Service Co-Ordinator your main role and responsibilities will include:
Receiving inbound Customer Service calls regarding about products and services.
Data entry of customer requirements on a business to consumer/business basis.
Assisting the accounts team with customer payments, debt recovery and administrating grants.
Informing customers of ETA’s, delays or issues and calling them for payments and feedback on service.
Reception relief when required, generally a few hours per week.
Ad-hoc duties as requested by the management team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a customer service professional with a background/interest in accounts. A candidate who has a passion for providing the best outcome for their customers every time, with high attention to detail. Ideally, you can work collaboratively amongst a wider team, with the same goal in mind. Someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced exciting environment is a must. Prior experience in a similar hybrid Accounts/Customer Service role will be highly valued. Someone who has logical thinking and can show excellent initiative when problem solving would be great attribute to have for this role!

$55K to $60K plus superannuation.
