The Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our business, based at our Braeside site, VIC. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor Equipment, this position is responsible for providing frontline sales support to all equipment customers including golf, sports fields & grounds, LCE, construction, commercial and consumer dealers.


This position is responsible for:
Establishing and maintaining excellent business relationships with Toro account holders, end-users and Toro colleagues.

Communicating with dealers and end user customers, receiving orders, processing credits and providing product advice in order to facilitate, maximize and sustain sales.

Promoting the sale of new or additional products through sales incentive programs to grow the Toro Parts business.

Handling customer complaints in a professional manner with a focus of maintaining successful business relationships and resolving issues promptly.

Provide assistance when required in the processing of warranty registration cards and warranty claims from dealers, including customer concession and transit damage claims.

Skills and Experience

The ideal applicant will possess;

A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role in a fast paced environment.

Sales, persuasiveness and negotiation skills.

Customer driven with a focus on Customer Satisfaction in order to achieve common goals.

Excellent PC and ‘Microsoft Office’ literacy.

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

SAP experience desirable

Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment.
