About the role

This fixed term role is responsible for the delivery through exceptional customer service, through identifying and meeting our customers needs via phone call and digital means.

Based in Parramatta, you will be assisting customers with their enquiries, you will provide key information about Uniting and the services we provide.

Duties and responsibilities:
Exemplary customer service by being responsive and take ownership to ensure customer follow-up
Fast learner who can hit the ground running
Provide key information about our products whilst utilising the opportunity to up-sell, cross-sell and provide excellent service
Record information accurately and in a timely manner in the designated electronic system(s)
