We have a fantastic opportunity for a enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join a fun and dynamic team in Brookvale, our client is a wholesalers and distributor and hold the largest range of teaching resources and education supplies available in Australia for primary schools, high schools, secondary schools, childcare/daycare centres, preschools and After School Care. Their range includes robotics, digital technologies, art & craft, mathematics, literacy resources, developmental products, school consumables, STEAM, classroom stationery, science equipment, STEM, sporting gear, school furniture, books, play and educational toys.

Their modern office is a short walk from from Warringah Mall and there is parking available on site, Full in-depth one on one training is provided.

Your new role:
Managing inbound customer enquiries
Accurate processing of orders
Actioning and following through on any enquiries received
Gathering information; advise customers of prices, goods delivery and processing times
Liaising with the logistics team with regard stock and delivery times
Liaising with sales reps and account managers
Processing cash and Eftpos sales
Organising credits, returns and replacements
Administration and email correspondence
Providing quality service with every interaction

Hours:┬áMonday to Friday – 10am to 6pm, 9am to 5pm during training/covid

To be successful you will Posses:
Minimum 1 to 3 years admin/reception/customer service/retail experience
A true passion for customer service
Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
Organised and a desire to learn new skills
A fun, energetic approach to work
Previous experience in Salesforce is an advantage
