International industry leader is looking for a strong Customer Service Coordinator to join their National Customer Service team to support their WA industrial and trades customers and distributors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting customer & distributors with their enquiries
Processing customer purchase orders
Database management using SAP
Providing support to the Sales Team (pricing & stock availability)
Handling customer complaints and escalating where necessary
Ideally you will have previous experience in a Customer Service role supporting industrial and trades customers and distributors. You will be a team player with a positive attitude, be highly organised and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
