Short Description

The Customer Service Officer is the face of the organisation and assuch, it is critical that Customer Service staff is passionate about servicedelivery with the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions anddisplays a commitment and belief in the mission of the YMCA. With numerousvacancies there are hours available per week ranging from 10 – 20 hrs per week.

The successful applicant will also be;

Available to work consistent hours throughout the week
All applicants will undergo an extensive screening process prior to appointment

About the Centre

Brunswick Baths is one of six Active Moreland sites with a strong membership base carrying over to the swimming lessons. The centre consists of a heated 50 metre outdoor pool, program pool, spa, sauna, steam room, splash park & Toddler pool, fully equipped gymnasium, group fitness rooms and training zones and crèche.

Ability to manage conflict with patrons and members
