About the Opportunity:
This is a permanent full time opportunity to join a passionate team that are simply customer obsessed and know how to create the ultimate experience.

You will add significant value to the wider business and our customers by;

Assisting customers with their enquiries via phone and social media
Providing creative solutions to and issues our customers may be experiencing
Investigating and resolving a customer concerns
Providing updates to customers via phone and email
Tracking orders and liaising with delivery suppliers
