Overview

Based within the head office of a national retailer that is a well-known brand, this customer service role will see you liaising with customers to ensure they receive outstanding service. This role is part-time, 26 hours a week.

The Role

Provide exemplary customer service over the phone and via email
Use the system to work through cases lodged by customers via the website
Troubleshoot issues the customer has with processing orders
Data entry into the system for orders and customer details

Skill and Experience

Previous experience within a customer service position and with data entry
Commitment and passion for customer service
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
Ability to learn new systems quickly

This friendly office is pet friendly so you must be a lover of pets. This role is 26 hours a week, unfortunately, students visa’s cannot apply due to work restrictions. The role may extend past 6 months, therefore working holiday visas will not be accepted.
