Barbeques Galore are currently looking for a Full Time/Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator who genuinely cares about having real meaningful conversations with our customers. You’ll need to go above and beyond when it matters most. Managing escalated support cases from customers with a range of issue types and urgency levels
Resolving claims in the most cost-effective and time efficient manner, while ensuring our service standards are always maintained

To be successful you will:
High aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varying communication styles

Sound time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to engage in a team environment and provide guidance to others where required
Previous experience in a similar customer support role
The ability to share your practical experience with customers to resolve their product challenges
A mechanical mindset with a keen interest in tinkering
