About the team

The management of IT resources required to plan for, deliver, control and support IT services, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively meeting the requirements of the business.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring application interfaces support business processes, providing application management including, resolving all incidents and requests in line with SLA’s installing, configuring, upgrading, administering, monitoring and maintaining. And liaising with vendors, customers and business end users.

What we’re looking forTo be successful in securing this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic person with a great attitude who is passionate about learning, continuous improvement and customer service.

And in addition we are seekingMinimum 3-5 year experience within a similar Application Support role in a large corporate environment
Experience working in an ITIL environment
Strong technical application skills i.e. Java, SQL, C1 (billing) or similar
Strong work ethics and can-do attitude will see you thrive in this role
