Skilltech has a great opportunity for Full Time – Maximum Term Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our team in our Rydalmere (NSW) office. This role may lead to permanent employment.

Experience in customer service roles is highly regarded but not necessary.

As a key member of our growing team, you will be primarily responsible for:

Answering maintenance requests via phone, email and fax
Liaising with internal and external customers
Accurate and detailed data entry
Working with Microsoft excel to prepare reports
Other administration duties
Reporting to the Contact Centre Supervisor

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent communication, comprehension and spelling skills.
Microsoft Excel skills
Polite telephone manner
