Full time, 3 month contract with potential for extension

As the Customer Service Administrator, your role will have a lot of exposure to both customers and admin while ensuring that the highest level of service is provided at all times.

Having worked with programmes such as SAP alongside strong skills with Microsoft suite, this role will have you assisting with data entry, customer service, and logistical coordination.

To be successful in securing this position, you will have experience with invoicing and credit as well as being confident liaising with customers across all platforms. Your strong attention to detail and desire to work independently will see your application highly considered.

Some of the duties that you will be required to carry out:

  • Alert Customer Service Admin Manager to any upsurge in product orders versus normal demand levels.
  • Follow policies and procedures and manage delivery requirements relating to credit hold customers.
  • Prepare summary reports for the Customer Service Admin Manager as required.
  • Participate in projects and process improvements relevant to Customer Service and Sales order Management as directed by the Customer Service Admin Manager.
