An exciting opportunity has opened in our team in Sydney for someone who is passionate about coffee, loves working as part of a great team, and wants to develop their career in the industry. This role has 50:50 split responsibilities across our Customer Service and Finance team.
Building great relationships while providing the best coffee is the backbone of Allpress and our Customer Service team play a key part in this as they are the first point of contact for our Allpress community.
Being part of our Customer Service team you will deal with a number of different situations, from taking customer coffee orders each day, troubleshooting with café owners and baristas, working closely with our Roastery team and providing all elements of the Allpress ongoing high level of customer support. We pride ourselves as being approachable experts and during your time in this role you will learn the ins and outs of all areas of the business so having a keen, can-do attitude is a must.
As part of our Finance team, you will assist with general accounts duties including entering and processing of accounts payable, reconciling and entering our cafes’ takings and bank reconciliations. Experience in data entry and administration is required.
We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and with the ability to multi-task. You are confident in troubleshooting and investigating and can think quickly on your feet. Also, you are a fast learner, eager-problem solver, savvy with technology & courteous at all times. A background in a similar Customer Service role is an advantage and a passion for coffee is essential!
This is a part-time role; 30.4 hours per week with the option to spread this across 4 or 5 days.
