Reporting into the DJAMEX Program Manager, this newly created Financial Services Specialist role presents a unique opportunity to combine your experience in luxury clienteling with your understanding of the value of financial services products. You will work closely with our Marketing, Financial Services and Instore teams to collaborate on project initiatives that drive performance of the DJAMEX product and enable our Personal Shoppers and Stylists to deliver world class experiences.

What does the role involve?

Work cross functionally to ensure the on time delivery of the Instore Services and Financial Services strategic plan
Act as an Instore Services subject matter expert and be an ambassador for Personal Shopping initiatives
Coach and inspire our Styling and Personal Shopping teams to promote the DJAMEX product and its related services confidently
Identify and quickly act in response to opportunities to deliver sales growth or market awareness of our Personal Shopping and Styling services
Develop innovative content that promotes DJAMEX propositions and specialist selling skills
Provide data analysis and insight to our instore services teams by developing reporting on key success measures and designing data extraction tools

Who are we looking for?

Exposure to luxury clienteling with a developed understanding of the behaviour of VIP customers
Project and/or event management experience within the Australian fashion and media industry will be highly regarded
Ability to analyse and interpret data related to the performance of financial services products to create and implement action plans that result in improved outcomes
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups with varying levels of seniority
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence
Confident working at pace while managing competing priorities allowing you to be an early adopter of change initiatives
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
