Responsible for providing cost effective technical service for advisers and clients for premium and commission quotes, within agreed service levels, quality targets and compliance requirements via telephone & e-mail channels.
Experienced in using Excel
Degree qualified and/or Diploma of Financial Services qualifications highly regarded
Degree or qualification in Actuarial studies, mathematics or statistics based highly regarded.
Experience with Mainframe Systems would be an advantage.
Ability to understand customer’s needs coupled with an interest in life insurance and a solutions focused approach to assist customers.
Responsible for managing requests to pricing for premium quotes and commission calculations.
Utilises product, mathematical and system knowledge to respond to complex enquiries.
Providing accurate information about Zurich’s Life Risk and Retail Investments products, processes and policies.
Providing technical support and quotations for the above product suites;
Providing information relating to the alteration of policies, methods/frequency of payment; complaint handling, policy cancellation and withdrawals;
Managing written & telephony queries & requests from advisers, customers and other departments for information on outstanding requirements
Participating in special projects as required (including basic user testing & associated administration)
Other duties as requested by team manager
Responsible for performing against customer specific service levels to ensure Zurich fulfils the needs and expectations of customers and internal stakeholders.
Working at all times in accordance with Zurich procedures, policies and process and controls and ensuring compliance across the business area
Maintains knowledge of legislative & industry changes relating to Zurich’s product groups
