Who we’re looking for
EACH’s ‘one of a kind’ Reconnexion team is looking for a Coordinator – Support Line to join them!
Do you love working with dedicated volunteers? Do you have experience working on a telephone support line? Are you qualified in a relevant health service or education discipline? Then you might be the ideal candidate for a mid-February start!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about mental health/AOD and providing quality customer centric service. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and able to lead by example, along with highly developed organisational skills. In addition, you’ll enjoy working with data to support the success of the services delivered.
What you’ll be doing
The majority of your “day-to-day” will consist of being responsible for Reconnexion’s Benzodiazepine Support Line and volunteer team. Including setting up that days’ volunteer team of 2 to 4, ensure all systems are operating, problem solve, monitor calls coming in, coach volunteers with difficult calls, deliver a training session to new recruits and enter data into a client management system.
In addition, you will bring your appetite for innovation and service development, combined with a high personal standard of administrative accountability.
Who you’ll be working with
You will be working with other professionals within a variety of disciplines. Reporting into the Statewide Services Manager you will work in collaboration with the Reconnexion counselling team of six part-timers, the administration officer and a volunteer team of around twenty on casual rosters. A team dedicated to supporting clients with Australia’s only benzodiazepine specialist service.
