The Baytree by Ardency is a premium retirement Resort located in Greenwich that has paved the way for a unique retirement experience which combines the very best in independent living with the premium amenities you would expect from a boutique hotel.

We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join the team working with the concierge and restaurant team.

Reporting to the Assistant Resort Manager you will be tasked with providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of The Baytree. You will undertake concierge duties and responsibilities including responding to resident and guest enquiries and requests, general administrative tasks, contractor management including inductions, assisting the restaurant team when required and ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.

You will ideally have a good knowledge of the Lower North area and ideally have experience in working in a customer facing reception role, or similar, with administration skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a mature approach to your work.

Additionally, you will be extremely well presented and reliable, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Most importantly you will be a passionate and customer focused individual with a strong work ethic. It is essential you hold a valid drivers’ license.
