Job Description

This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong and growing team and work in the 5-star residential Strata environment. The focus of this role is providing residents with dedicated quality service and assisting the Building Manager to maintain the site and provide the scope of duties as outlined in the client agreements.

Responsibilities will include:
Acting as the face of the building and providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests
Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds
Administration duties such as database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone and security intercom enquiries and incident reporting
Distributing and securing all resident keys and security devices and, as needed Common Property keys
Assisting the Building Manager and the Team with issues relating to By Laws, resident car park and amenities
Completing Incident/accident reports when necessary and responding to emergencies

Qualifications

Immaculate personal presentation
A friendly, diplomatic personality
Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures and processes
Strong computer skills and a proficiency with MS applications (especially Excel and Word)
Administrative skills
Punctuality, reliability and proactivity
Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour
Willingness to learn

Additional Information

Shifts available on weekdays between 8am and 12pm + Weekend/Public Holiday shifts available on casual basis.
