Role Type: Fixed-term for 12 months, Full-time

This role is responsible for the actioning of all administration functions within the Remediation Operations team.
Your accountabilities will be, but not limited to the following:
Support the payment of remediated funds to clients by following up with clients via phone & email to ensure they received communications or cheques sent by the team.
Support the Case Management process by collating & renaming files extracted from various sources such as Coin, XPlan and other CRM systems.
Assist in producing monthly and quarterly reporting on progress and outcomes of remediation events for stakeholders.
Receive inbound calls from clients and answer any general queries they may have regarding communications they have received from the Remediation team.
Process EFT and cheque payments for clients within agreed timeframes.
Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, processes and procedure.
Ensure all agreed SLA’s are met and that stakeholders are updated on progress where required.
Manage own professional development plan including the development and execution of the plan.
Adherence to applicable Operations team controls.
Be responsible for the accuracy of all transactions that you prepare and/or verify.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring and expected to perform the following:
In-depth knowledge of the financial planning end-to-end process
Understanding of financial planning documentation and templates
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Experience with assisting clients over the phone and via email
Ability to work in a large business environment characterised by multiple internal stakeholders
Ability to work to tight timelines and communicate well with clients and internal stakeholders.
Results focused with an attention to detail. Motivated and possess a “can-do-it” attitude.
