In this full-time role working from our South Melbourne based office, your core responsibility will be to assist our APM clients with a wide range of specific requirements that involve engaging with APM’s services. Working predominantly in our Regional Assessment Services division you will play a key part in ensuring a positive client experience is achieved whilst upholding APMs core values. You will be a valued part of the team and will report to the Client Services Team Leader.
Your duties will include…
Manage client information and confidential data across multiple core information systems
Respond and proactively manage general queries from customers, clients and other APM team members
Client and APM employee (Assessor) appointment scheduling
Manage client complaints and deliver required policy based outcomes
Prioritise a consistent flow of client communication across several forums including email, phone and chat.
Liaise with and support APM stakeholders to effectively meet business objectives within the Regional Assessment Services division.
