Wintringham is currently seeking expressions of interest from current Wintringham employees to take on the role of Client Services Coordinator at our Western Community Support Office (located in Seddon) from 1st March 2021 until 21st June 2021. This role will report to the Western Community Support Manager, Lexi Scardamaglia.
Whilst in this role, your roster will be as follows:
Week 1&2: Three days per week (0800-1600 – days are flexible – times are not)
You will be responsible for developing the profile of Wintringham with external agencies and networks, as well as supporting our care and support team. You will also be responsible for following up enquiries, coordinating and conducting sign-ups for homecare packages as well as ensuring Case Managers meet administrative requirements of their roles
Applicants who have knowledge and experience in GoldCare, MAC, invoicing will be looked upon favourably. Please note, this role will be office based.
