Tenacity CX are Australia’s leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. As a preferred partner of a BIG4BANK we are currently recruiting multiple Analyst positions to join their progressive financial crime unit based in Redfern.
Understanding of AML/KYC & ECDD regulatory requirements
Collecting additional KYC information as required
On-boarding of high-value complex customers
Analysing customers details to detect financial crime in relation to ECDD regulations
Uplifting customer information to enable the bank to better meet its regulatory obligations
Escalate risks and issues identified to meet specified SLAs
Provide support and assistance to the wider FCS team as required – contributing to your teams success
Handle up 20 inbound or outbound calls per day in relation to cases.
What we look for:
Experience in AML/KYC is highly desirable
Strong understanding of banking financial crime and risk
Strong client service focus
Analytical thinker with the ability to access risk via data analysis
High attention to detail & strong decision-making capabilities
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team unit
Competent using Microsoft suites
