Overview
Responsibilities Entail:
Maintain constant communication with client contact on sales goals and initiate marketing and business development plan to meet consumer outreach targets as part of the larger Business Development team.
Research and map out each territory assigned in order to provide optimal success for our clients.
Attend training seminars and sales meetings when requested per management and clients in order to reconfigure existing campaigns and report consumer data gathered.
Report end of day daily sales tracker to upper management and assist in report creating for cross-departmental communications.
Assist in training for new hires in the department and ensure seamless integration into the team at large.
Experience in customer service, account management, sales, or retail is preferred upon hire.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure success with fellow team members and potential new leads.
Must have flexible availability with working evenings, weekends, or holidays.
The ability to make autonomous decisions and adapt quickly to different environments.
Efficient and persistent follow up and closing skills (this is relative to teammates with following up on their progress as well as potential new customers for our clients).
Salary: $44,000 – $50,000 a year
