Primary responsibilities include:
Provides excellent client service, resolve issues and respond to client inquiries/requests regarding accounts, balances, etc.
Assists with account opening process following established procedures and policies
Prepares and compile new client applications
Processes wire transfers as needed
Coordinates aand assists back office operations in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related client concerns
Maintains operational compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Minimum of 1 year banking experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Real Estate exposure preferred
High level of professionalism with strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, proactive, organized and detail oriented, team player with a positive can-do attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
