Clerk – Maternity Services / Women’s Health Clinics and Satellite Areas
30 Hours per week

The Outpatient and Satellite areas accommodate specialist care for women in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Both areas provide care for women, their families, clinicians, research and academic staff.
The purpose of the Clerk is to provide excellent customer service, provide high quality data entry and general administration duties and ensure efficient and effective service operations by performing all the responsibilities and duties outlined.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Ensure that work practices are in line with documented business rules, policies and procedures.
All women and families are greeted in clinic in a courteous and professional manner.
All data entry work is completed within designated time frames, in a complete and accurate way.
To be successful within this role you will need to have:
Strong customer service focus.
Demonstrated skill and ability with computer based applications.
