VPS3 – fixed term opportunity until June 2021 – working within the Human Rights Division of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference, highly organised and committed to delivering high quality outcomes for customers. In this role you will:
Undertake case management calls to a variety of clients, stakeholders and people with a disability
Assess and manage the individual risks and diverse needs of customers to mitigate risk of harm to parties and encourage inclusion and participation in VCAT hearings.
Undertake end to end case processing incorporating administrative and business functions with a strong customer focus, designed to promote awareness and understanding of VCAT processes and legislative requirements, and increase customer satisfaction.
