Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales growth, developing, engaging and succession planning individuals and teams, and ensuring your stores reflect Sportsgirl’s vision and strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing approx. 23 stores in Victoria.


Implement best practice in terms of sales, wages, expenses, net store contribution and productivity across all stores
Analyse and utilise performance measure tools to understand your business & identify opportunities to drive sales and improve business processes
Lead, coach and inspire your team in a way that inspires high performance and delivers business outcomes
Establish and work in partnership with the VM team effectively to execute VM standards within stores
Creating and delivering the in-store brand and customer experience
Effectively rostering within the region and replanning sales and wages regularly to maximise results

Experience in a multi-site management role in retail operations
Proven leadership skills and experience developing large teams, including performance management
Experience in managing change initiatives
Demonstrated experience in financial management, including reporting, benchmarking, and analysis
A current driver’s license is a requirement of this position
