Full Job Description
The candidate will join GBAM Central Business Controls Team (Supervisory Tools & Reporting), supporting/administering multiple aspects of Business Controls infrastructure. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with primary responsibilities for:

Supporting multiple Central Business Controls related projects and processes simultaneously
Analyzing, monitoring, interpreting, and reporting data from core Business Controls tools/processes and leveraging it to identify and drive resolution of potential issues or inefficiencies
Developing, producing, and distributing senior management reporting related to the program
Liaising with Senior Business Controls Management, Business Controls Officers, and control functions (e.g. Compliance, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, etc.) to secure data, analyze current processes/procedures, identify potential improvements, develop strategies to implement change, and oversee/manage implementation
Identifying ways to enhance existing processes and governance
Evaluating and improving e-communication surveillances to make them more effective and efficient
Supporting and serving as central point of contact for Business Controls Officers for various supervision-related processes
Driving core Business Controls programs globally and across GBAM lines of businesses, in partnership with Business Controls Officers

Requirements:
College degree
Takes initiative and demonstrates focused desire to drive improvements versus relying on “status quo”
Must be self-motivated and results oriented with strong desire to succeed
Must be able to delivery results with limited direction and supervision
Must be detail oriented (e.g. ability to identify anomalies within large sets of data and track multiple action items in detail)

Must be proficient in data aggregation, integration, analysis, and reporting
Must be able to work with technical teams and translate technical concepts to business audiences
Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing/concurrent activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information into messages targeted to various levels of leadership
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Excellent project/program management skills
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint skills
