Job Location: Rego Park, New York and New York, New York

Job Duties:
Research trends in the apparel, accessories and jewelry industries. Monitor industry statistics in trade
literature; Analyze present position in the market and evaluate current fashion trends in an effort to
uncover marketing niches for the company; Research and analyze business conditions and engage in
strategic planning; Prepare business plans and reports; Responsible for continued business opportunities and potential new customers; Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution; Prepare forecasts and projections for the emerging business cycle; Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand; Assist at trade shows and industry fairs to determine company position and market products; Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for
collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.

Recommend changes to the management based on the results of the surveys; Create and implement
standardized operation procedures to streamline business processes; Measure the effectiveness of
marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies; and Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration plus 3 years of experience. (Employer will accept three or four year degree).

Special Requirements: Experience with high-end customers preferred.
