Our client in a reputable construction company business based in the Sydney CBD. Your role will report into the BID Manager and you will work closely with the wider marketing and project teams.


As a BID Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Coordinate the production of tender submissions
Assist the Bid Manager and Project delivery teams to create bid content
Coordinate workflows with the wider marketing and communications team
Complete coordination tasks and tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations
Maintenance of bid and opportunity records

To be considered for the role of BID Coordinator you must have:

Must have recent experience working as a Bid Coordinator ideally in the construction industry
Must be willing to fly interstate as required
Qualification in either communications, journalism or a marketing related discipline
Graphic design and corporate bid writing experience
Experienced user of Adobe InDesign and advanced user of Microsoft packages
High attention to detail is essential
