A number of positions are available on both bar and floor. For bar team members we expect highly enthusiastic drink wizards with a passion for cocktails as well as the capacity to make Melbourne standard coffee. For the floor we ask that you understand how to bring a smile to a guest’s face, that you can carry three plates, and that you can manage your delegated section averaging six tables.
