Primary responsibilities include:
Review posted DDA checks on the Oasis system and review client signatures via OTG against the check.
Review all items on a daily basis for signature discrepancies, altercations or material defects.
Create proof for DDA return items, adjust accounts via IMPACS and follow through on all suspect items to a final disposition.
Minimum of 2 year of banking experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong organizational and time management abilities within a high volume area.
Strong attention to detail, able to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Team player with good communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
Experience in check and DDA processing, signature verification, Regulation CC and FRB guidelines and regulations a plus.
