Specific Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Assist in market preparation and presentation of line to customers
Interface with customers – Meet & greet , attend meetings, correspond with them on a daily basis on account related tasks.
Liaison on daily tasks involving Sales, Customer Service, Production and Design teams.
Purchase order management – Write , process, log, update and track customer purchase orders from receipt to shipment.
Open Order management- making sure orders in SAP are in the accurate month and are going to ship on time.
Generate, manage, update, maintain and distribute reports – Weekly style selling, inventory ATS reports , customer open order files (will need basic retail math skills.)
Demonstrate initiative by reviewing reports, highlight findings and propose reorders
Maintain organization of system files- Line sheets, cads, costing, etc.
Samples management – Order& track customer and photo shoot samples and distribute
Must be able to work in a team environment

Must be highly detail oriented and meticulous
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills
Team oriented and outgoing
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Platforms and SAP.
